Would you like your life to flow more smoothly all the time? Learn to use spiritual techniques based on the ancient wisdom of the Inkas in all levels of your life--physical, emotional and spiritual--to promote health and well-being in your own life and in your relationships.

Ricardo Sanchez, a native Peruvian, Inka descendant and Andean musician, will help you connect with nature's elements, nourish Mother Earth, create a portable altar (Mesa) & more.

Two days of wisdom sharing, meditation and exercises, performed outdoors when possible to work with the energies of nature. Feel free to bring your drum and/or rattle. Native flutes are welcome!
